Alongside our Tea Room, you’ll find our small village shop, offering a thoughtfully chosen range of items that reflect our area, support local makers and make lovely gifts or practical purchases.

What You Can Find in the Shop

Local Produce & Food Gifts

We stock a selection of local and regional produce, including Exmoor Honey from bee keepers here in Allerford. We offer preserves, sweet treats, and other food gifts that celebrate the area.

Local Alcohol

We offer a range of locally produced alcohol, including ciders, ales and other regional favourites - ideal to enjoy here at the tea rooms or to take home.

Local Makers

Our shelves feature a range of items created by small local producers, including jewellery, fabric goods and other hand crafted pieces. Each item supports independent makers, and offer something a little bit different.

Fresh Local Flowers

During the summer months, we sell fresh bouquets of flowers grown just a few miles up the road at Tivington Farm School. The flowers are seasonal, freshly picked and beautifully presented - perfect as a gift or a treat to yourself. They don’t hang around for long, so keep an eye on our social media which we update with each fresh delivery.

A touch of Glastonbury

Glastonbury is one of our favourite places, so it only felt right to bring a small piece of it to Allerford. We have a few magical things here in the shop dedicated to all things mindful, curious and creative.

You’ll discover items such as palm reading cards, tarot cards and incense sticks. These are available to purchase, and you’re welcome to have a go with our cards in the tea room, adding a bit of fun and curiosity to your visit.

It’s a gentle nod to tradition, folklore and a little magic, woven in to everyday village life.

Art

Although not created by a local artist (based in Essex), we absolutely love the art work that is displayed on our walls, and many of our visitors do too. Much of it is inspired by nature, with a slightly hippy, creative vibe.
